Winter. Low humidity, temps are in the 70s sunny, perfect, just avoid big convention dates. I find after new years and late Feb to be spectacular Little Havana: real local spot. The best coffee and culture in the city by far Wynwood Walls: worth it. Really worth seeing the artists are world class Visiting Miami without a car: doable. Dont bother the traffic in Miami is mad max
